PEDIATRIC CARE

The Guyana Medical Mission has as its main focus the provision of high quality, affordable, and dependable pediatric care delivered at no cost to its patient population.  No distinction is made whether they come from amongst the elite or indigent social strata.  As such, care is delivered in the most caring manner possible by highly trained physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical technicians who maintain their skills at the cutting edge of medical science.  Patients are seen, with attention being given to maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and delivered in an empathetic manner so that the patient experience will always be considered A-1.

Our most senior pediatrician is a graduate from one of the most prestigious Ivy-League Medical Schools in the USA.  He completed his Internship and Residency in an institution well known throughout the world, and dedicated the majority of his professional career serving the medically disenfranchised in the impoverished areas of the USA, while maintaining his close academic university affiliations.   He continues to share his skills with the GMM team in Guyana since the Fall of 2012, and continues to do so.
